Food Intolerances, Tired, Bloated, Fuzzy Brained?

These foods may also be a factor if you have any weight issues. 

Other associated symptoms are: constipation, diarrohea, colon problems, low in energy, chronic fatigue, and aches and pains in other areas of the body.

Once the intolerances are found, it is recommended that you stop eating these foods for a period of 6 weeks.  In that time, you can have further treatments to raise your bodys resistance to these foods so you may be able to then reintroduce them in moderation in the future!
